We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, provided that any changes do not affect existing confirmed projects.

3. Use of Website

  • Avoid submitting unauthorized, malicious, or harmful content.

  • Refrain from using the website for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

4. Quotations & Invoices

All quotations provided by Oceanbay LLC-FZ are valid for the duration stated on the quotation document.
Once accepted, the client agrees to proceed under the outlined scope, pricing, and timelines.

Invoices are issued after client confirmation and must be settled using the secure payment link provided by Network International, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.
We do not collect or store card details at any stage.

5. Payments & Currency

  • All payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

  • The charge descriptor appearing on your statement will read: Oceanbay LLC-FZ.

  • For security, all payments are managed by Network International via hosted payment pages.

  • Services are considered confirmed upon successful payment receipt.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Dispute Policy.
Refunds are only available in limited cases (duplicate payment, pre-start cancellation, or documented non-delivery).

Clients are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of invoice issuance for any refund or billing inquiry.

7. Intellectual Property

​All materials, layouts, visuals, and written content found on www.oceanbay.ae are the property of Oceanbay LLC-FZ.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this website without written permission.

8. Confidentiality
