This Refund & Dispute Policy explains how we handle refund requests and payment-related disputes for our non-tangible digital and coordination services.

1. Service Nature
Oceanbay LLC-FZ provides non-tangible, project-based professional services, including:

Project coordination

Design advisory

Material sourcing and supplier communication
As these services are customized and delivered progressively, full refunds are not typically applicable once project work has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment or billing error — caused by a technical or processing mistake.

Project cancellation before initiation — if no work has started and no external costs have been incurred.

Failure to deliver agreed scope — where clear documentation shows that specific deliverables outlined in the approved quotation were not provided.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to mail@oceanbay.ae within 7 days of invoice issuance or payment completion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

Change of mind after project initiation.

Delays caused by client-side approvals or missing information.

Misunderstanding of service scope after quotation acceptance.

External issues (e.g., supplier delays or unforeseen third-party circumstances) beyond Oceanbay’s control.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a client wishes to raise a dispute:
1️⃣ Email mail@oceanbay.ae with your invoice number and a clear description of the issue.
2️⃣ Our team will review the concern and respond within 5–7 business days.
3️⃣ If the issue involves a payment gateway (e.g., Network International), we will coordinate directly with the provider to investigate and resolve it.
We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
5. Payment Processor & Security
All payments to Oceanbay LLC-FZ are securely processed through Network International, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider.
We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

6. Governing Law
